Appointments

Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule less than 24-48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

We require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Collected deposits are non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.
Collected deposits are refundable only with an exception of cancelling 48 hours, but applied as credit to future invoices if wanting to reschedule, when cancelling less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
